Manny's 500th + Julie Patton & Henry Grimes Tonight in NYC

Last night, Boston Red Sox outfielder Manny Ramírez (above, photo by Greg Fiume/Getty Images), 36, hit his 500th home run, joining only 23 other players who've achieved this mark. The two-time Hank Aaron Award winner (1999, 2002), who has a lifetime .312 average, is the third Dominican player, after Sammy Sosa (who has 609) and Alex Rodríguez (525) to achieve this honor. He's the first player ever to do so sporting a beautiful head of dreadlocks!
